RUMOR: Charlie Sheen is in talks to host a late-night talk show on Fox.

FACTS: "Charlie Sheen had a secret meeting with top execs at the FOX network," TMZ reported. "During the meeting, which lasted more than an hour, the group brainstormed about various possible projects for Charlie, including a late night show."

OPINIONS: But does CBS have a clause against Sheen joining another network within the next year or so?
