To launch the high quality TV channel TNT in Belgium, the network setup a "PUSH TO ADD DRAMA" button "on a square where nothing really happens" somewhere in Belgium. Whoever pushed the button was treated to the most epic promotion of all-time!

Google unveiled "Google Maps 8-bit version" for the NES on April 1, 2012. The cartridge allows you to load a special 8-bit version of their popular service. Here's a quick rundown on this new version of Google maps:

"Google provides services over a wide range of devices, from desktop computers, to mobile devices, including tablets, but we've neglected one of the most popular computer systems ever sold," Google product management director Ken Tokusei mentioned before unveiling "Google Maps 8-bit version."

Google invested in over one hundred thousand servers to overcome the NES' technical limitations, but there's just a couple unavoidable issues with this version of Google Maps:

You need to blow on the "Google Maps 8-bit version" cartridge whenever the software doesn't load.
The cartridge is only compatible with dial-up Internet connections.

Still, the voice recognition feature, and classic MIDI soundtrack more than makes up for those minor flaws! Click here to try out the demo!
