Mario Kart Wii launched in April of 2008 and presented Nintendo fans with a AAA racing game and a free online mode, but have since been plagued with a crap load of cheaters.

Cheaters have cost me thousands of VR points. I once had 9,300 VR - but due to coming across and being stuck with a s*it load of cheaters in October 2009, my VR dropped as low as 7,800 in that month.

Here's an FAQ regarding cheating players:

Q: What do cheaters do in the game?
A: Give themselves unlimited items whenever they want. Enable instant respawn. Use glitches in the game to whip through the track in a matter of seconds.

Q: Why do people cheat in Mario Kart Wii?
A: It's a known fact that cheaters suck in the game so they need to resort to cheating. They also don't have a life.

Q: What do I do if I come accross a cheater?
A: If you're trying to score VR finish the race then quit.

Q: Can I report cheaters to you?
A: You sure can. Post the cheaters screen name along with the date that you came across them cheating by either my comments system below or my contact page. Every effort will be done to get these cheaters banned: I'll send Nintendo an e-mail with a list of all of the cheaters and the date that they cheated.
