Question: Does Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon have a second type?
Answer: Kyogre stays a pure Water-type Pokemon when he goes through a Primal Reversion to become Primal Kyogre.
Groudon on the other hand gains a second type when he goes through a Primal Reversion to become Primal Groudon. Its original form is Ground, but he becomes a Ground/Fire-type Pokemon in his Primal form.
