Netflix recently surprised (at least I was surprised) its DVD/Blu-ray subscribers with Halloween themed envelopes. I received the ghost and crow designs as showcased below:

So far those are the only known Halloween designs. I personally like the crow envelope the best. It's simple, but hella-creepy with the red background.
