The 2010 Scream Awards will be paying tribute to the 25th Anniversary of Back to the Future -- complete with a re-shot of the original teaser trailer!

The 2010 Scream Awards airs October 19 at 9pm on Spike TV. Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and Elisabeth Shue will be reuniting on stage!
