Nintendo has purchased a 70 percent stake in JESNET, a software sales network in Japan, for $46.5 million.

JESNET manufactures video game consoles, media, and accessories.

This deal means that Nintendo will have an integrated control of the manufacturing process of their products.

Nintendo's recent business activity hints at the company going all-in with their next console, code named "NX." Prior to purchasing JESNET, they sold 90 percent of their stake in the Seattle Mariners (a Major League Baseball team) for $661 million.
