Claims that my item, which is still listed for sale, has sold.scam alert 01

When I listed an item for sale, a scam artist claimed that my item had been sold and I needed to click on their link to finalize my earnings. Check out the message for yourself. Please note that the link and store name have been redacted:

Dear Seller,

This procedure is the exclusive means to finalize the necessary identity confirmation. Once you have arrived at the designated secure portal, please follow the instructions presented to you. Upon satisfactory conclusion of this process, all pending restrictions will be lifted, and your payout will be processed.

We thank you for your prompt cooperation in this important matter.

Respectfully,
[Store removed] Support Team

They even used this store's icon, and the link pointed to a website that included the store's name in the URL. Needless to say, the actual support team banned this person's account and deleted this message.
