Here's a quick fix.
The Microsoft Windows 7 KB3011970 update ended up corrupting my Microsoft Silverlight plugin, which Netflix requires on that platform.
Ironically, KB3011970 updated my Microsoft Silverlight plugin to the latest version.
I ended up needing to use Microsoft's Fix It tool to reinstall my Microsoft Silverlight plugin which resolved that issue.
This is the first time Microsoft Silverlight has ever been corrupted on any of my computers.
