FairField lures me with Prizm bait.

I purchased a sweet looking FairField Basketball value box with 10 packs for $11.80. I purchased that box because I could see that it contains 4 packs of 2013-14 Panini Prizm, and 2 packs of 2013-14 Panini Pinnacle. Listed below is a teaser of my findings in that box.

Packs

  • 2012-13 Panini Prestige Basketball Retail Pack

This pack is thick. Did I pull a decoy or a Materials card?

  • 2012-13 Panini NBA Hoops Basketball Retail Pack

I pulled a Board Members insert in this pack.

  • 2013-14 Panini Basketball Retail Blaster Pack [x2]

I pulled a Blake Griffin Bird's Eye View insert card from one of these packs.

  • 2013-14 Panini Pinnacle Basketball Retail Pack [x2]

I pulled a die-cut and two Red Artists Proof cards from these packs.

  • 2013-14 Panini Prizm Basketball Retail Pack [x4]

I pulled two Target exclusive Red Prizms from these packs.

I'll post a detailed break of the standard retail packs over the course of the next week; in the meantime, check out the statistics of my value box:

  • 10 retail packs: 2 blaster packs, 8 standard packs.

    • 67 cards: 52 base cards, 15 insert cards (1 serial numbered card).

Overall I paid approximately $0.18 per card, which is a fantastic price considering I pulled a solid amount of sellable inserts.
