Inflates the price 295 percent.
I've backed away from bidding on a unique item due to a potential shill bidder who made 19 micro bids in an attempt to become the top bidder. Here's some information about that bidder:

Bid activity (%) with that seller: 31%.
That bidder didn't intervene until about 2 days before the auction would end. Prior to their bids, the highest bid was a mere $10.50. It's now $31.00.
What's even more suspicious is the seller for that item doesn't normally list their unique items in an auction. Three other bidders also became suspicious and stopped bidding.
November 4, 2016 update: I've pretty much confirmed that user is a shill bidder -- because they stopped making micro bids about 2 hours before that auction ended...
