Proceeds to blame their customer for supporting their store.![]()
Normally, when a product is listed with a specific quantity, that means it's available to purchase to the first person who completes an order. That wasn't the case for this one incompetent store that set the quantity for all of their sealed products to "999," despite not having some of these products in stock.
They even blamed their customer for purchasing these products, stating they should contact customer service before they place an order. They even blamed their customer for the credit card fees they needed to pay.
I've never heard of a store that lists items for sale and wants you to contact them before you make a purchase. If they're too stupid to keep track of their inventory, they could turn auto pay off and manually approve each order to avoid paying credit card fees for products they don't have in stock.
One of their other customers claimed all five of their orders, or five or fewer products, were canceled. Most of their products are significantly overpriced, so I don't even know why people shop at this store.
According to this store, the next time that I purchase from an e-commerce platform that supports multiple sellers, I need to contact each seller to find out if the product they have listed for sale is actually for sale.
Greetings. I'm requesting to find out if you have [insert quantity] of [insert item] for sale? Thank you.
