A seller listed a 2014-15 O-Pee-Chee Platinum Hockey Seismic Gold 116 Jeff Carter trading card serial numbered 09/50, for $0.99 plus $2.45 shipping and handling, and one buyer really, really, really, really wanted that card. That buyer made the following four bids despite being the only bidder:
