Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Sleeved Set Booster's were recently restocked at various Walmart's across the United States!
This is an incredible restock, considering this highly sought-after set was released on June 20, 2023 (845 days ago, at the time of this writing).
It’s unclear whether this is a reprint restock or if Wizards of the Coast or their distributor was holding onto these packs since 2023.
I paid $8.48 (plus tax) per pack, which is also surprising considering this product currently sells for about $12 on TCGPlayer (approximately 30 percent more).
Although banned from competitive play, the Regular Mythic 0380 The One Ring (Extended Art) is currently selling for about $120, while the Regular Mythic 0246 The One Ring is currently selling for about $80 on TCGPlayer.
They must have felt pity on Magic: The Gathering fans because the recent Final Fantasy and Marvel's Spider-Man sets sold out quickly in a lot of locations. I failed to acquire a Collector Booster for the latter.
