Topps Prime [Fair].
In my opinion, "Topps Prime" is one of the most deceiving series on the market, because it doesn't live up to the definition of "prime," which means "of superior grade." There's no way this series is superior to the competition and Topps other offerings.
With that said, I purchased a single retail hot pack of 2014 Topps Prime Football for $8.67. I know for certain this pack contains a quad relic, but I'm not sure if it's a parallel.

Base Cards
- 35 - Dez Bryant

Bryant can do it all. This aggressive beast can receive in tight situations, run past you, and block your best attempts.
- 50 - Calvin Johnson

- 99 - C.J. Spiller

- 137 - Devonta Freeman [RC]

- 138 - Tre Mason [RC]

Insert Cards
- Copper QR-SW - Sammy Watkins [RC] (serial numbered 68/99 | Retail Copper QR odds 1:685 packs)

Copper quad relics are inserted into 1:685 retail packs, which translates to approximately 1:29 retail boxes.
The Buffalo Bills surrendered their 2015 first-round pick in order to select Sammy Watkins in the 2014 NFL Draft. He finished his 2014 season setting a new team rookie record in both receptions (65) and receiving yards (982).
That was a decent pack. I'll be on the look out for a hobby hot pack.
