Subliminal confirmation that Pokemon Bank won't be released this week.
Nintendo revealed today that the Pokemon X and Pokemon Y servers is scheduled to go offline for 20 hours.[1] Here's the full details of that outage:

That announcement ties with a previous rumor that Pokemon Bank will be released on February 4, 2014.
