Boo! A Pumpkaboo!
The Pokemon Company announced they're giving away a special "Spooky 2014 Super Size Pumpkaboo," to American and PAL Pokemon X and Pokemon Y players for the entire month of October 2014.
"This special Pumpkaboo is delightfully frightful with moves like Trick-or-Treat and Scary Face. Trade it to a friend and watch it evolve into a Gourgeist! With its Rocky Helmet, it is real tough!"
To receive your Pumpkaboo, simply follow these directions:

Connect your Nintendo 3DS system to the Internet.

Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.

Select Receive Gift, then Yes.

Select Get via Internet, then Yes.

Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokemon Center to receive your Pumpkaboo.
- Save your game.
I managed to acquire a decent Spooky 2014 Super Size Pumpkaboo with the Insomnia Ability, and a Nature that boosts its Attack stat.
