No other show is close to beating Bosch.

Amazon launched its 2014 pilot season two weeks ago, and I figured that it would be fun to see how each show is performing on both Amazon.com and IMDb.

First, here's a look at how Amazon's comedy and drama pilots are performing:

Show Amazon User Rating IMDb User Rating
Bosch 4.5/5 (6,785 reviews) 8.8/10
Mozart in the Jungle 4.5/5 (2,025 reviews) 8.4/10
The After 4/5 (6,488 reviews) 7.8/10
The Rebels 4.5/5 (2046 reviews) 7.9/10
Transparent 4/5 (1,706 reviews) 7.3/10

Bosch not only has the most reviews on Amazon.com, but that show also has the highest rating on both Amazon.com and IMDb.

Now let's take a look at how Amazon's kids pilots are performing:

Show Amazon User Rating IMDb User Rating
Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street 4.5/5 (330 reviews) 7.8/10
Hardboiled Eggheads 4/5 (174 reviews) 6.2/10
Maker Shack Agency 4.5/5 (293 reviews) 7.9/10
The Jo B. and G. Raff Show 5/5 (169 reviews) 6/10
Wishenpoof! 4.5/5 (117 reviews) 6.2/10

I find it interesting that The Jo B. and G. Raff Show is the highest rated kids pilot on Amazon.com, and the lowest rated in that category on IMDb.

Of the comedy and drama pilots, I'm personally supporting The After -- because it's created by Chris Carter -- the mastermind behind The X-Files television series. That man has been away from television for too long.

What show are you supporting this pilot season?
