This was the only tin of its kind that I purchased without a holographic Rare or better card. I may have found the reason why.
I only noticed that someone had left a muddy fingerprint on the plastic part of the tin - after I opened up the packs and threw away the tin wrapper!
Someone most likley removed the heavy packs, and resealed it for sale as a "brand new" product!
