Upper Deck inserted 1 UD Canvas Program of Excellence card in every 192 packs of their hobby and retail releases of 2013-14 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey. Since there's 15 cards in that set, I estimated that each of those cards was inserted into 1 in every 2,880 packs, or 1 in every 120 boxes.
I was very lucky to pull a hot card from that set in a $1.89 retail pack, that also included a Rookie Materials card! I'll post detailed information about that break in a future post. In the meantime, I'm giving that "hot" card a special showcase.

Notes
Gallagher was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the fifth round (147th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Ironically, that 147th pick became a finalist for the 2012-13 Calder Memorial Trophy.
In his NHL 2012-13 rookie season with the Canadiens, Gallagher recorded 28 points (15 goals, 3 assists), 117 shots on goal and 33 penalty minutes. Please note that season was cut short due to the 2012–13 NHL lockout.
In Gallagher's first full season with the Canadiens, he recorded 41 points (19 goals, 22 assists), 211 shots on goal and 73 penalty minutes during 2013-14.
The Canadiens was quick to sign Gallagher to a six-year contract extension that will last through the 2020-21 season.
