I have a feeling a lot of people will be disappointed.
Super Break Sports released their "2015 Super Break Football" repack series, and I figured that it would be fun to cover the first case that Cards Infinity opened on their YouTube channel. The front of that pack states the following:
"Find some of the greatest modern and vintage football cards, sports collectibles and autographs."
Cards Infinity are currently selling a single pack from that repack series for "$149.75." Was that money well spent? Let's find out!
Pack 1
-
2014 Panini Flawless Football Flawless Signatures Pink 42 Michael Floyd (serial numbered 03/14).
-
BGS Raw Card Review 8.5 - 1986 Topps 161 Jerry Rice [RC].
Notes: Another copy of that Floyd card recently sold for less than $25.99.
Pack 2
-
2014 Panini Immaculate Football Immaculate Standard Patch 71 Teddy Bridgewater [RC] (serial numbered 07/10).
-
BGS 9.5 - 2011 Upper Deck SPX Rookie Auto Jersey 48 DeMarco Murray [RC] (serial numbered 198/225).
Notes: The auction value of that Murray card plummeted after he joined the Philadelphia Eagles this season. You could sell that card for an easy $100 on eBay when he was a Dallas Cowboys player, but now a BGS 9 copy of that card sold for only $18.
Pack 3
-
2014 Panini Flawless Inscriptions 36 Robert Woods (serial numbered 4/5).
-
2008 Topps Triple Threads TER-11 Emmit Smith (serial numbered 6/7).
Notes: That Smith card has white edges, a major scratch, and a damaged letter on the inside.
