The sale I've been waiting for.
I finally gave into purchasing Doom 3: BFG Edition for the Windows PC when GameFly offered that game for $4.99 today.
I've wanted to play Doom 3: BFG Edition since it was released on October 16, 2012, but I couldn't justify paying $29.99 for a half-assed remaster.
The only features in Doom 3: BFG Edition that I was interested in experiencing is "The Lost Mission" (a campaign that was cut from the original game), and "No Rest for the Living" (a Doom II expansion set).
Update: I beat "The Lost Mission" in 2 hours. While I enjoyed playing through that mission, I'm glad that I didn't give in to pay $29.99 for Doom 3: BFG Edition back in 2012...
