Only on Wonder Trade can you trade a Luvdisc for a Shiny Pokemon.
Some Pokemon X/Y users have claimed that they've acquired one or more Shiny Pokemon (abnormally colored Pokemon) via Wonder Trade! Here's a list of some of the Pokemon those users acquired:
- Alomomola
- Amoonguss
- Bidoof
- Charizard
- Dratini
- Froakie
- Goldeen
- Flabebe
- Panpour
- Skrelp
- Spoink
- Swirlix
- Whismur
- Wobbuffet
I'm guessing that noobs offered most of those Shiny Pokemon for trade, because they had no idea those Pokemon are rare.
Whatever the case, I've personally traded over 1,000 Pokemon via Wonder Trade and I have yet to receive a Shiny Pokemon... hopefully that'll change soon!
