Nintendo continues to allow hacked Pokemon in online matches.
Yesterday, I played against a Pokemon X/Y player who uses hacked Pokemon. The culprit, a male from Pennsylvania, United States, goes under the screen name "I'm so high." (I'm going to nickname him "Mr. Pathetic" in this article).
Mr. Pathetic started off the match with a hacked level 1 Solosis that's protected with the Wonder Guard Ability, which only Shedinja can naturally possess. That ability blocks all moves that are not super effective.
With that added protection, Mr. Pathetic had his hacked Solosis use Trick Room, and followed that up by bringing out his Mega Mawile that knows the following moves:
- Fire Fang
- Ice Fang
- Rock Slide
If you encounter a pathetic user like the one above, I suggest using Taunt against their level 1 Pokemon to shutdown their pathetic strategy. I personally have shutdown quit a few of those users who ironically turned off their wireless mode because they was hella-embarrassed.
