I canceled my WWE Network subscription soon after that service launched back in 2014 due to a number of major issues, and my second try at that service over 2 years later presented a number of new issues:

  • WWE sent me an email stating "we want you back," with a one month free trial. My credit card was charged "$9.99" after I accepted that offer.

  • I encountered a bug that prevented me from watching a previously viewed video. Using another browser didn't fix that issue. The solution was to load another video to fix that bug.

  • A day later, I kept on receiving the following error:

UNEXPECTED ERROR. We are sorry, but there has been an error. Please try the action again. If the problem persists, please visit wwe.com/help.
