I normally put out my Halloween decorations in the middle of September, but that might change from this point on.
Halloween is about tricks, so I figured it would be fun to use a randomizer to determine when that season starts.
On the last day of July, I used a calendar randomizer to choose a date between August 1 and October 1, 2017. The result was August 6, 2017!
Halloween season will last a whopping 87 days in my home. Nearly twice as long as normal.
