25 is the new 40.
A few months ago, my local Walmart started selling their "extreme value" trading card blaster boxes (a.k.a. value boxes) for $14.98.
Considering the original price of those products was $19.98, they're now only offering a 25 percent off discount.
They used to offer a 40 percent off discount, and before that they offered a 50 percent off discount.
A 25 percent off discount for older trading card products is too small. Here's why:
