EA limits new service to least popular console.![]()
Electronic Arts (EA) revealed today "EA Access," a subscription service exclusive to the Microsoft Xbox One console. A subscription to that service costs $4.99 a month, or $29.99 a year to access every game in their "Vault."
The beta version of EA Access launched with the following games in their "Vault:" Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14, Battlefield 4 and Peggle 2.
EA Access members will also receive a 10 percent discount on EA digital purchases on Xbox One, and access to their upcoming Xbox Box One games five days before the release date to play for a limited time.
I don't understand why EA is limiting that service to the Xbox One, considering the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Windows PC has a much larger fan base.
I would personally subscribe to EA Access if it were available for the Windows PC with all of their "Harry Potter" titles. I've always wanted to play those titles for a really cheap price.
