Question: What are the odds of Creative Assembly porting Alien: Isolation to the Linux platform?alien-isolation-01

Answer: I estimated there's a 60 percent chance of Creative Assembly releasing a Linux version of Alien: Isolation. Here's why:

  • Creative Assembly are currently working on porting Total War: Rome II to the Linux platform. They announced that version back in November 2013.

  • The Windows version of Alien: Isolation is currently maintaining a solid Metascore of 80 (out of 100).

 I'll increase that odds from 60 percent to 70 percent if Alien: Isolation sells well on the Windows platform.
