Answer if you're not using mods: No. Multiple users reported their save files wasn't buggy after upwards of 50 hours of play without mod use.
Answer if you're using mods: The save files for Bethesda's previous titles (Fallout: New Vegas, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, etc.) became buggy with mod use. You can expect the same to happen with Fallout 4.
