Answer: When asked if the Microsoft Windows version of Firewatch will support mods, a developer for Campo Santo responded with some bad news.
"Mods are beyond the scope of what our small team can accomplish. They probably wouldn't be that suited to something like Firewatch anyway, which is a mystery story about its characters and the world they're in (vs. a sandbox survival game or something of that ilk)," Nelsormensch of Campo Santo said.[1]
