A Paper Mario (Nintendo 64) box and manual has recently sold for a little over $47 on eBay. Here's a few key details for 
that auction:

The box was damaged on the top right corner.

The seller removed the original cardboard cartridge holder and included a damaged Sentinel 64 box protector.

Overall: The winning bidder was ripped off... because I've seen similar auctions with an unmodified box sell for a much cheaper price!
