2015 Topps Star Wars High Tek trading cards was released on December 18, 2015, the same day the Star Wars: The Force Awakens film was released worldwide. Autographed John Boyega (Finn) cards from that set was quick to sell for top dollar, as seen in the chart below.

The market value for those cards is impressive considering Boyega is a new "Star Wars" actor. Normally mostly autographed Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) cards can reach that market value.
In a related note: No one has listed their redemption on eBay to acquire an autographed Harrison Ford as Han Solo card from that set. Because Ford rarely autographs cards to begin with, it's going to be really interesting to see how well those cards sells for.
