Upper Deck recently added the following three features to their e-Pack digital trading card service:
Edit a trade that you have sent.
Rate trades that you have declined.
Report users in the chat forum.
Question: Will you send fewer trade requests now that you could potentially receive a negative rating even if your request was declined?
