The market value for some 2015-16 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey trading cards plummeted less than a day after that series was released on e-Pack, a digital trading card service.
For example, the cheapest O-Pee-Chee Update Rookies U11 Connor McDavid card on COMC.com was listed for $35.95 prior to the e-Pack release, and due to heavy competition from e-Pack transfers, the cheapest price as of this writing is now $16.74! A drop of approximately 53 percent... and potentially counting!
The same situation happened with 2015-16 Upper Deck Series 1 Hockey. I'm personally selling my Upper Deck cards exclusively on eBay from this point on.
