With no clear explanation.
Earlier this week, Upper Deck e-Pack removed 2016-17 Compendium Series 2 and 3 from their Daily Free Packs promotion.
Interestingly, you can still purchase packs of 2016-17 Compendium Series 1, 2, and 3 from that store.
I doubt they simultaneously ran out of free pack inventory for those two series.
Perhaps way too many users was accumulating the cards they wanted without making a purchase?
