It seems like Warner Bros. is doing a major shake-up.

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Henry Cavill is reportedly exiting the role of Superman.[1] This is shocking news considering he's a fan favorite who only starred in two major DC movies (Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice).

This may be disappointing news to hear, but at least Ben Affleck is also expected to exit his role as Batman in the forthcoming stand-alone film.

Cavill recently signed a deal to play the role of Geralt of Rivia in Netflix's live action adaption of The Witcher. It's not clear what Affleck will do should he indeed leave the DC Universe.
