Serebii confirmed today via Twitter that the downloadable Japanese versions of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire requires 14,449 blocks each, which converts to approximately 1.8 GB.
As a comparison, the downloadable North American versions of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y requires 13,927 blocks each, which converts to approximately 1.7 GB.
