According to Target.com, the Majora's Mask Edition New Nintendo 3DS is "not sold online" and "not sold in stores," as seen in the image below:
That's not accurate, because I confirmed that the Target in Kapolei, Hawaii, has that item in stock. I suspect that Target.com disabled their "find in a store" feature for that item because their customers have been stressing their servers.
