Update your graphics drivers. If your graphics drivers are up to date, refer to your chip manufacturer to fully uninstall and reinstall your drivers.

Play the game in windowed mode until AMD or NVIDIA releases a stable fix.

Download the beta Fallout 4 update through Steam by following these steps: 1. right click on Fallout 4 and click on Properties; 2. left click on Betas; 3. select the beta you would like to opt into.
