Could potentially install a virus in your PC!
A con artist posing as a Just Cause 3 developer linked to a patch that fixes the following issues for the Windows PC version of that title:

Crashes.

Launching problems.

Frame rate and stuterting.
You need to "complete an easy offer" before that website allows you to download that fake patch. Some people reported needing to give that website their credit card number before they can download that fake patch.
I checked with the official Just Cause 3 News page on Steam and Avalanche Studios didn't release that patch, proving that website is trying to exploit its visitors!
Tip: Official Just Cause 3 patches can only be downloaded via Steam.
