Windows users prepare to be disappointed.

Some "Fake News" websites have incorrectly reported that Xbox Game Pass, a video game subscription service that's similar to Netflix, was coming to the Windows 10 platform. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

Jokes aside, the official Microsoft website stated that was the case in their FAQs.

“Xbox Game Pass will only be available on Xbox One and Windows 10 devices,” Microsoft accidentally stated.

That FAQ has been updated to state that service will only be available on the Xbox One platform.

The Xbox Game Pass will feature over 100 games that you can play for only $9.99 a month. Needless to say, Windows 10 users must be hella-disappointed right now...
