Notes
The Eon Ticket e-Card was released at E3 2003, in the volume 173 September 2003 issue of Nintendo Power (how I acquired my card), and at Toys "R" Us stores for a limited time.
The card transfers the Eon Ticket via Mystery Events to the Key Items pocket of a North American version of Pokémon Ruby or Pokémon Sapphire, which allows the player to travel to Southern Island to catch either Latios or Latias.
Sales
The last five copies of that card without its instructions sold for an average price of $20.40 (excluding shipping) on a popular auction website, some copies of which is unprotected, or poorly protected (for example stored in a toploader without a card sleeve).
The last four copies of that card with its instructions sold for an average price of $40.73, but I suspect those copies is damaged because it's still glued to its instructions. I had immediately removed the glue from my copy upon receiving it.
