The dreaded e-Pack release.

I purchased one pack of 2016-17 Upper Deck Series 1 Hockey via e-Pack for $3.99.

My favorite parallel from this year's set, Clear Cut (acetate), wasn't inserted into e-packs. I won't be purchasing a few digital boxes for that reason alone.

Last season, Marchand signed an eight-year contract extension with the Boston Bruins worth $49 million.

Prior to the e-Pack release, this card was failing to sell for $2.

This year's design is a bid too plain. It's as if Upper Deck was expecting last seasons popularity to automatically carry over to this season.
