I purchased one 2018 Topps Series 2 Baseball Retail Hanger Box from Target for $9.87. That product includes 72 cards (fewer if it contains a special insert).
That product includes two Target exclusive Cody Bellinger Highlights cards.
On average, basic relic cards was inserted into 1:49 hanger boxes; as a comparison, basic relic cards was inserted into 1:19 2018 Topps Series 1 hanger boxes in 2018. That's a drastic change!
