Warning: Enabling Vsync in the Microsoft Windows PC version of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen might cause your screen to go black.
Fix:

Go to C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\DRAGONS DOGMA DARK ARISEN.
- Backup your config.ini file.

Open the config.ini file using Notepad.

Change Vsync=ON to Vsync=OFF and save that file under the File tab.
Notes: AppData is a hidden folder. To view hidden folders in Windows 10, click on the View tab when trying to view that folder, and check the Hidden items checkbox as seen in the image below:
