Warning: Hacked Pawns from the Rift in the Microsoft Windows PC version of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen could corrupt your save file!

To make matters worse, Capcom limited players to a single save file; in other words, you can't simply revert to a previous save file if your file is corrupted!

Tips:

1. Backup your Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen save file often. You can find your save file in the following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[your Steam ID number]\367500\remote

The save file is called DDDA.sav. Whenever I backup my save file, I rename it DDDA1.sav, DDDA2.sav, DDDA3.sav, etc.

2. Don't hire high level Pawns with little playtime.

3. If you acquire a Pawn that's suspicious (4 vials of Spring Water can't restore its 1,200 HP, etc.) -- release it immediately.
